Questionnaire contains different assessments for other teammates in the Sent or Archived views

On September 13, 2023, all of our customers will use the Questionnaires tool in the Ratings platform to send, and respond to, questionnaires. We will remove Atlas documentation on that date. If you currently use Atlas, see the following articles to learn how to use Questionnaires:

Problem

When collaborating on questionnaires with a coworker, you see different questionnaires in the Sent and Archived sections for your respective user accounts. 

Solution

This is expected. Coworkers may not always see the same questionnaires if they belong to different teams in their respective user accounts.
