Problem
After you configure SAML for single sign-on (SSO) and use the SAMLtest login, you see the following error message:

Solution
1. Ensure 2FA is disabled for all users in the SecurityScorecard security settings page.
2. Follow this next step if the error persists after disabling 2FA for all users. In the SAML configuration, change the Binding type to one of the following options, depending on your identity provider:
- HTTP-POST
- HTTP-REDIRECT
