Problem
When you try to add a new user on the Users page in Admin Settings, the message Email Already Exists appears, but the user's name is not on the user list.
Solution
The email of the user you are trying to add already belongs to an account associated with a different Scorecard.
The platform allows each unique email to be associated with one SecurityScorecard account.
Use a different email address or an email alias for the new user.
