Start tracking organizations with your Watch List

In this article:

    Use Watch List to continuously monitor Scorecards of organizations that are not currently in your Portfolios. With organizations in your Watch List, you can: 

    • See letter grades and associated numeric scores.
    • See 30-day score trends.
    • See 30-day breach history.
    • See the Portfolios the company currently exists in.
    • Select the level of business impact a vendor has on your organization.
    • See what vendors we have automatically detected and add them.
    • Apply tags.
    • Set email alerts for breaches.
    • Set email alerts for any score changes.
      Set email alerts for any grade changes.
    • Easily add these companies to Portfolios for more detailed monitoring. 

    Watch List Best Practice

    For vendor risk management, we recommend adding all of your organization’s vendors to your Watch List for ease of tracking and close monitoring of your critical and breached vendors in one or more Portfolios.

    Access and use your Watch List

    1. Select Watch List from the Scorecards drop-down menu.

    2. Click Add Company.



    3. There are three options to add domains - Detect Automatically, Upload .csv file, and Add Manually. Select the method in which you would like to add companies, validate the companies you would like to add, click Add to Watch List.

         4. Added companies appear in your Watch List table.



    Create rules for score changes in Watch List

    Set email alerts to be sent to your team for any score or grade drops for organizations monitored on your watch list.

    1. Rule Builder > Events > Overall Grade Drops below > all selections
    2. Rule Builder > Events > Overall Score Drops below > any number value
