I have fixed findings on the Scorecard, can I request a manual rescan of the whole Scorecard?
Answer
While it is not possible to request a rescan of all the findings in a scorecard, we do offer a resolution process to remove the finding if it is believed to have been fixed. To expedite the removal of findings, please see our resolution process under "Address issue findings in your Scorecard".
Findings have different scan intervals depending on the issue type. Please view our Deep Dive in Scoring Methodology white paper to see the full list of issue types and their scanning cadence. If the above remediation process is not used, the findings will eventually decay and depart from the scorecard after a set period of time from the last observation date.
