Why did I receive a 404 on a specific scorecard from an API call when other scorecards work?
Answer
The 404 response means that the domain does not have a scorecard.
If the domain belongs in the digital footprint of another scorecard, it will not be possible to generate the scorecard. Searching for the domain in the platform will redirect to the scorecard that contains the domain in their digital footprint.
If needed, it is possible to create a custom scorecard for the specific domain.
