Question:
When adding a company to the portfolio page, why do I receive the following message when it looks like there are still some slots available?
"You cannot follow any additional companies. Talk to us for options to expand your capacity beyond XX companies."
Answer:
The total count is determined by the number of companies added to both private and public portfolios across all users under the scorecard's account.
These slots available on your Settings > Account page represent the total count of companies added across all private and public portfolios associated with the scorecard accounts of all users. This information is accessible through the admin login of each scorecard.
The 'Scorecard Usage' will displays the actual number of slots available out of those purchased. Clicking on the Manage Scorecards hyperlink provides further assistance, detailing the number of companies added to both private and public portfolios of every users under the scorecard's account. You may have to either upgrade or remove any of the currently listing companies to add any other company.
NOTE: The "Companies" --> "All Companies" section will always show the total number of companies that are included in the User's Portfolio + Public Portfolios. It will not include anything that is added under Private Portfolios of other users.
