Merging Scorecards
Within SecurityScorecard platform, there might be more than one scorecard representing your company. While this is useful for managing subsidiaries (see Subsidiary Management feature), there are cases where those scorecards shouldn't exist.
The merging procedure involves seamlessly redirecting users whenever they access the other scorecards (source) to the single scorecard (target).
Warning: Merging scorecards is an irreversible action, and is subject to careful assessment by the Support Team.
During this process, the ownership of the following data is transferred from the source to the target:
- Teams
- Scorecard Tags
- Portfolios
- Scorecard followed
- Followers
- Users
- IdentityProvider (Associated with SAML SSO)
- Custom Scorecards
- Digital Footprint (Tags not included)
- Questionnaires
Note: Digital Footprint from the source scorecard is appended to the target scorecard. Digital footprint is not immediately updated by the merge. It will be updated in the platform when scoring date updates.
