Portfolio and Scorecard data will not update in a custom report from the Reporting Center

Problem

Changes to a portfolio or creation of a new portfolio are not reflected when creating a new report or editing an existing report.

Solution

It will be necessary to wait one day for the portfolio changes to reflect in the reporting options.  Reporting data is updated daily and is not real-time.
