Sync Now button missing in ServiceNow VRM integration

Problem

When using the ServiceNow VRM integration, the Sync Now button is missing.

Solution

When the Sync Now button is missing, it means the vendor does not exist on the ServiceNow side. 

Please follow the instructions on importing vendors from SecurityScorecard to ServiceNow.
