The MAX Operations dashboard helps you understand supply chain risks, communicate with your MAX delivery team, and review the work being performed on your behalf.
It includes a global vendor tier filter that controls vendor selection across all dashboard visualizations. By default, the dashboard filters to the highest-tier vendors in the customer’s portfolio, Platinum vendors if the customer has any vendors in the Platinum tier. You can also set the tier filter to show the entire vendor portfolio.
A customer can reorder or remove individual widgets to customize the dashboard to their needs.
To access the Operations dashboard, go to MAX > Customer Portal and select the Operations tab.
