Description
On SecurityScorecard Platform, I am an Admin for my Organisation. When I browse to an Issue page details (ex: Outdated Web Browser Observed), the column evidence contains "Visible for Admins only."
Note: The Administrator role is only available under the PAID plans. In other words, if you are on the free plan, your account is not an Administrator.
Answer
Your account is only Admin for your own scorecard/organisation. The issue page details visited is another scorecard than your own. Due to the potential presence of sensitive information, this evidence information is only visible to SecurityScorecard administrators for the organization that owns the scorecard.
The Evidence column (for Outdated Web Browser Observed) shows the browser’s country location, and visited URL, if that information is available. We will also show the client IP if the proxy server’s X-FORWARDED-FOR headers are enabled. See Article
If the scorecard is from a domain you own, you may leverage the Hierarchy feature. An admin of a parent scorecard can see the evidence of its child scorecards. See Article.
The Evidence column values are not available for custom scorecards at this time.
