What is learning mode?

Answer

“Learning Mode” in SecurityScorecard is a user-level toggle that controls whether helper content (like tips, guides, and walkthroughs) is shown on specific parts of the platform.

When Learning Mode is ON, you will see additional helper content appear on:

1. Score Factors tab
2. Issues tab
3. Digital Footprint section

These helpers include:

1. Tooltips
2. Explanations of findings
3. Guidance boxes
4. Step-by-step hints for navigating or understanding platform sections

To enable learning mode , click on your user profile and than toggle Learning mode to enable it
