How can I change a company scorecard from a 'Full' monitored status to a 'Partial' monitored status?
Answer
When a scorecard is first added to the 'All companies' list it and does not belong in any portfolio, the scorecard will be added as a partially monitored scorecard. The monitored status will be visible under the 'Monitoring status' column.
To move a scorecard from fully monitored to partially monitored, the scorecard must be removed from all portfolios including private portfolios. It may be necessary to work with your SecurityScorecard Administrator to remove the scorecard from all portfolios.
