How do I find and contact my Scorecard Administrator?
Answer
Scorecard Administrator roles are only available under paid plans and can handle some tasks related to user accounts in your organization.
Contact your Administrator when you need to address the following for your account:
- Change account permissions settings or roles
- Enable/disable API access
- Be added to a team for portfolio access
- Disable 2FA
- Remove a user
- Update the scorecard's profile information
To find and contact your Scorecard Administrator:
- Sign-in to the SecurityScorecard platform: https://platform.securityscorecard.io/#/
- Go directly to the following url: https://platform.securityscorecard.io/#/my-settings/account
- Or select 'Profile -> My Settings -> Account'
- From the account page your Scorecard Admin account will show under the License card under 'Your Account Administrators'.
