I lost access to my 2FA/MFA device (e.g., phone). How can I regain access to my account?
Answer
If you have lost access to your MFA/2FA device, an administrator on your account can reset it for you.
For Non-Admin Users
Please contact an Admin user within your organization and ask them to reset your MFA.
For Admins – Steps to Reset MFA
Navigate to:
https://platform.securityscorecard.io/#/my-settings/user-management/usersSearch for the user using their email address

Click on the ellipsis (three dots) next to the user as follows
Select Edit
Click Remove MFA
Once completed, the user will be able to log in again and set up MFA during the next login.
If You Are the Admin or Don’t Have Access to One
If you are the administrator or do not have access to an admin user, please contact SecurityScorecard Support by using the Contact Support option from your Platform Account for assistance.

User email address
Brief description of the issue (e.g., lost MFA device)
