Problem
On the Digital Footprint page of a Custom Scorecard, the Issue, Findings, and Impact columns are not displayed. The same assets correctly show these values on the parent scorecard.
Status
The behaviour is currently under investigation by our Engineering team. Internal tracking ID: SCORE-2209
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to any Custom Scorecard.
- Open the Digital Footprint tab.
- Observe that the Issue, Findings, and Impact columns are absent from the asset list.
- Navigate to the parent scorecard for the same company and open Digital Footprint.
- Confirm that Impact values are present on the parent scorecard but missing on the Custom Scorecard.
Workaround
To view Impact values, navigate to the parent scorecard for the same company and review the Digital Footprint page there. The data is available on the parent scorecard and reflects the same assets.
