Are information leak findings resolved if the leak source is seized by the FBI?

If the domain of the leak source has been seized by the FBI for exposed data findings, does SecurityScorecard considered consider the issue resolved?

Answer

Even though the site has been seized, the emails were still exposed to the public, so the we do not consider the issue resolved.
