Why am I unable to find all users or teams when trying to assign an owner to an asset or a finding?
Answer
This behaviour is a known limitation. Users that are of a lower role than Administrator cannot see all users or teams. Only Administrators, can see all users.
Note that User management and the Administrator role are paid features. Consider exploring our paid subscription plans or free trials, which may provide access to features that can overcome this restriction.
