"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" received when connecting with Power BI

Problem

When connecting to the SecurityScorecard datasource with Power BI the following error is received: "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"

Solution

Assuming the connection settings entered in Power BI matches the Integration information from the platform:

The error is caused by a firewall blocking the server and port connection. Please ensure the host and port are whitelisted with any firewall settings.

Note: The connection host is a DNS entry (rubber-boar.sql.aws-us-east-1-t-2112.cubecloudapp.dev) as such it must resolve in order to establish a connection. Connecting directly with the IP is not currently supported.
